Dappled Willow

The Dappled Willow next to the right fence has grown quite large. Many of its branches hung over the fence as seen in the following picture from last April.

We were able to prune it back but this was a difficult chore.

Unfortunately, we were not above to prune off the top.
Looking on the web, we found many interesting articles and videos on pruning Dappled Willows. From extension.org, we found Trimmimg dappled willow #422785, from wikiHow, How to Prune a Dappled Willow and, from YouTube, Pruning a Japanese Dappled Willow Severely (Salix integra) and Dappled Willow 3 Months After A Severe Pruning (Results of Coppicing a Dappled Willow).
Using a pruning shears, a lopper and a saw, we started and, at quitting time, we had the following:

During a break when I had to take Nugget for a walk, I took some pictures of some flowers on the Wisley Supreme Witch Hazel [Hamamelis mollis ‘Wisley Supreme’] in the front yard:
